at Lusher Charter School
Two-week camp is for girls interested in technology in grades 7-9th

Lusher Charter School’s “Krewe of Stem,” a group of high school students with the mission to interest girls in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), will hold a summer camp for rising 7-9th grade girls at Lusher Charter School, Freret Campus at 5624 Freret St, NOLA 70117. The two-week camp will take place on weekdays on June 4th-15th from 1pm-3pm.  The Krewe of STEM will teach campers how to use CAD to model, design and eventually 3D print your own puzzle cube.  The camp is free and open to all girls in rising 7-9th grade.

“As students at Lusher Charter, we have access to many programs and resources that encourage and empower girls to learn more about STEM,” said Krewe of Stem Founder and rising Lusher Senior Autumn Routt.  “We want any girl who is interested in STEM to come learn with us about how much fun it can be!”
