International High School of New Orleans to host Open Houses for prospective students

International High School of New Orleans (IHSNO), a public charter school open to all Louisiana residents with a strong emphasis on world languages and an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, will hold an Open House for prospective students in grades 9-12 on Thursday, October 26, 2017 and Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 5:00 pm at the school, 727 Carondelet St. in New Orleans.  To register for the Open Houses online, go to: www.ihsnola.org

The International High School of New Orleans (IHSNO) is a high performing, open enrollment, public charter school open to students throughout Louisiana in grades 9-12.  The world language program at IHSNO includes Arabic, Chinese-Mandarin, French, Spanish and Vietnamese courses. A full college preparatory curriculum is complemented by an authorized International Baccalaureate Programme (IB) and Dual Enrollment Courses. An IB Diploma demonstrates student completion of a rigorous two-year academic program.

IHSNO received “The Best Kept Secret” award from the Downtown Development District of New Orleans.

IHSNO accepts applications from Louisiana residents statewide.  In Orleans Parish, IHSNO participates in the OneApp system for applications. Regardless of the parish of residence, all students should be assigned through the OneApp process. Applicants should go to enrollnola.org to apply.
