International School of Louisiana Hosts Open House and Campus Tours

International School of Louisiana (ISL) invites prospective families to tour its campuses and/or attend an Open House to learn about ISL’s unique K-8 experience and French and Spanish language immersion programming. ISL is open to any resident living in the state of Louisiana.

ISL’s Open House for prospective students will take place on Saturday, November 11 at 10:00 am at ISL’s Dixon Campus (serving K-2, Spanish & French immersion) at 4040 Eagle St. in New Orleans and at the Westbank Campus (serving K-5, Spanish immersion) at 502 Olivier Street in Algiers Point. All families are encouraged to attend the Open House.

Uptown Campus: Upon Request

Campus tours are conducted during school hours and parents will be given the opportunity to visit classrooms and see language immersion in action. 

ISL participates in  the NOLA-PS Common Application Process (NCAP) at  enrollnolaps.com,  Application (Round 1) opens November 28, 2023. 

ISL is a French and Spanish language immersion school. Incoming kindergartners and first-grade students are not required to test or have experience in the target language.  All 2nd through 8th-grade students must take a language assessment prior to acceptance. ISL has grown to be one of the largest K-8 schools in the city, with over 1,100 students served at three campuses.

International School of Louisiana is the only tuition-free, multi-language immersion school in Louisiana.
