Discovery Schools Implement Doorstep Delivery of Supplies to Students
Discovery Schools’ buses are lined up and loaded outside of Kenner Discovery’s new campus to begin doorstep delivery of materials and supplies to over 1,850 Discovery Schools students who are learning from home. The deliveries could not have happened without the help of Rouse’s (who donated 2,000 grocery bags) and Discovery Schools staff and teachers who bagged and organized the students’ supplies. In addition, Honors Transportation transported the supplies to families throughout the district. The Discovery Schools Community is proud of the dedication and tireless work of our teachers, students, staff and entire school community during this difficult time.
