Einstein Schools to Host the Sarah T. Reed & Children’s Champ Gala

New Orleans, Louisiana – February 5, 2020– Einstein Schools located in East New Orleans is committed to nurturing students to be academically STRONG as well as socially and emotionally resilient.  On March 27, 2020 from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. at Arbor Room at Popp Fountain, 12 Diagonal Dr. New Orleans, LA 70124, Einstein Schools will host the 1st highly anticipated Sarah T. Reed Hall of Fame & Children’s Champ Gala. The theme of the Sarah T. Reed Hall of Fame & Children’s Champ Gala is “Building STRONG Youth.” This theme is a reminder for us to continue to fight for our youth and advocate for our children. In celebration of the 1st Sarah T. Reed Hall of Fame & Children’s Champ Gala, Einstein will be rolling out the red carpet and transforming the beautiful Arbor Room into an elegant champions ring. Patrons will enjoy a night of festivities hosted by Camille Whitworth with live entertainment from DJ Captain Charles & Gina Brown. All proceeds from the gala will fund three initiatives of Einstein Schools; to seed a new middle school facility for middle school learners of East New Orleans, to fund an endowment to support the high school seniors’ college and career endeavors, and lastly to fund adult and student culture initiatives.  In addition to supporting youth, Einstein Schools announced five recipients of the Sarah T. Reed Hall of Fame; Mr. Miguel Bonds, Junior Lacayo, Ariel Harris, My Tran, and Deidra Price within the following categories; Arts, Business, Community Impact, Education, and the Spirit of Reed. These five recipients have made significant contributions to the community and the youth as a Reed alumni, and their hard work and loyalty will be recognized during the gala.  To learn more about the Sarah T.
