Keynote speaker is IHSNO alumna Saya Meads ’15, Def Comedy Jam Rising Star in Stand Up Comedy

WHAT: The International High School of New Orleans (IHSNO)  will hold its Graduation Ceremony for the seniors in the class of 2024.  68 students will graduate with 25 students eligible to receive the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma or certificate.  

The keynote address will be delivered by IHSNO Class of 2015 alumna, Comedienne Saya Meads, a Gen Z talent featured at notable comedy venues the Comedy Store, the Los Angeles Laugh Factory, Hollywood Improv, and legendary Apollo Theatre. Ms. Meads has been scouted by famed Def Comedy Jam Producer, Bob Sumner, as a Rising Star in Stand Up Comedy.

WHY: IHSNO prepares its students to live, learn, and work worldwide. IHSNO graduates have achieved national records in college acceptance and scholarship awards, due to the school’s focus on international business and global awareness.

IHSNO was the first high school in New Orleans to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP), recognized globally for its ability to develop students’ intellectual, personal, emotional, and social skills. Students in the IB DP have higher rates of university acceptance, scholarship qualifications, and success in post-secondary education.
