Hynes-Lakeview is an A-rated public charter school serving students in Pre-Kindergarten to eighth grade from the Lakeview area and other neighborhoods in New Orleans.

Strategically created to meet the demands of enrollment from the original campus, Hynes-UNO was formed with a corporate partnership with the University of New Orleans. It is a slow-growing campus that will serve students in grades Kindergarten to second in the 2021-22 school year, with the intent to grow to eighth.

HCSC has a growth plan in place that has been intentionally cultivated through our expansion and replication efforts to model the success of our other two programs (Lakeview and UNO). HCSC will operate Mary D. Coghill K-8 Elementary School for the 2021-2022 school year, collaborating closely with NOLA-PS to ensure a successful transition year.
